Ketika jantung berdetak sangat cepat tanpa alasan jelas, kondisi ini bisa jadi menandakan adanya gangguan irama jantung yang disebut SVT. Memahami penyebab, gejala, dan cara penanganannya sangat penting untuk mencegah risiko kesehatan jangka panjang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apa Itu SVT?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>SVT adalah gangguan ritme jantung yang berasal dari atas bilik jantung (ventrikel). Impuls listrik yang tidak normal menyebabkan jantung berdetak jauh lebih cepat dari biasanya. Pada orang sehat, detak jantung normal berkisar antara 60\u2013100 denyut per menit. Pada penderita SVT, angka ini bisa melesat hingga 150\u2013250 denyut per menit, bahkan saat sedang beristirahat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Penyebab Umum SVT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ada banyak faktor yang bisa memicu SVT. Beberapa di antaranya meliputi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Konsumsi kafein atau alkohol secara berlebihan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stres emosional atau fisik<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Merokok<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Efek samping obat-obatan tertentu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gangguan jantung bawaan atau genetik<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>SVT juga bisa muncul secara mendadak tanpa pemicu yang jelas, membuatnya sulit dideteksi lebih awal jika tidak memahami gejalanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gejala yang Harus Diwaspadai<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gejala SVT bisa muncul tiba-tiba dan berlangsung selama beberapa detik hingga jam. Gejala tersebut antara lain:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jantung berdebar sangat cepat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pusing atau kepala terasa ringan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sesak napas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nyeri dada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Merasa gelisah<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pingsan (pada kasus yang berat)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Jika Anda sering mengalami gejala di atas, penting untuk segera berkonsultasi dengan tenaga medis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Penanganan SVT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk menangani SVT, dokter biasanya memulai dengan teknik sederhana seperti manuver vagal, misalnya manuver Valsalva (menahan napas dan mengejan). Bila tidak berhasil, pemberian obat antiaritmia mungkin diperlukan. Dalam kasus yang berulang dan parah, prosedur ablasi kateter bisa menjadi solusi permanen untuk menghilangkan jalur listrik yang memicu SVT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kesimpulan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>SVT bukanlah kondisi yang bisa diabaikan meskipun tidak selalu mematikan. Deteksi dini dan penanganan tepat dapat menghindarkan penderita dari komplikasi jantung serius. Bila Anda mengalami gejala jantung berdebar secara mendadak dan intens, segera konsultasikan ke dokter untuk diagnosis dan perawatan lebih lanjut.
